Why we started Benson Market School
Too many people come to the market chasing tips and shortcuts, and lose. Not because they picked the wrong strategy, but because no one ever taught them how to think under pressure. We started Benson Market School to change that: to teach the market as a discipline, honestly, patiently, and without the hype.

Our aim was never to create followers who wait for the next call. It's the opposite: to build independent, self-reliant traders who understand risk, manage their own decisions, and can navigate any market on their own. A skill you keep for life, not a promise we make.

Benson Paul
Benson has been actively trading the Indian stock market (stocks and options, intraday and swing) for over a decade. He doesn't teach from textbooks; he trades live every day, and what he teaches is exactly what he has learned across real market conditions.
His goal isn't to make you dependent on him. It's the opposite: to make you capable and self-reliant enough that you can make your own decisions with confidence.

- Personal identity & contact information: full name, email address, phone number, and WhatsApp contact details submitted via registration forms, landing pages, or Meta Lead Ads.
- Payment information: transaction details processed through our payment gateway partners (Razorpay) or designated business bank accounts. We do not directly capture or store your debit/credit card numbers, CVVs, or banking passwords.
- User-provided application data: information regarding your current trading experience, financial education goals, and employment status provided during program application screenings.
- Technical & analytics data: IP address, device type, browser specifications, operating system, and interaction logs captured via cookies, tracking pixels (such as the Meta Pixel), and analytical tools.
3. How we use your information
We process your personal data for legitimate business, educational, and regulatory purposes, including:
- Service onboarding & delivery: providing access to Benson Market School mentorship modules, workshops, and educational materials.
- Community communication: adding you to official WhatsApp communities and sending transactional updates, schedule changes, or administrative notices.
- Marketing & retargeting: delivering relevant educational content, program announcements, and advertisements via Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or email.
- Regulatory record-keeping: retaining operational and transaction logs to maintain compliance with statutory guidelines issued by SEBI and other relevant regulatory bodies.
4. Payment processing
All fee collections and payments for programs offered by Benson Market School LLP are processed securely.
- Payment gateways & accounts: payments are collected via Razorpay or directly through designated bank accounts held in the name of Benson Paul / Benson Market School LLP.
- Third-party security: Razorpay processes your financial transactions in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We encourage you to review Razorpay's privacy policy to understand how your payment data is handled by their infrastructure.
5. Third-party platforms & data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is shared only with trusted third-party service providers essential for our operations:
- Meta advertising (Facebook/Instagram): data captured via Meta Lead Forms or Pixels is processed under Meta's Privacy Policy and securely transferred to our CRM systems.
- WhatsApp (Meta): by participating in our WhatsApp groups or communities, you acknowledge that your phone number may be visible to group administrators. Unauthorised harvesting or scraping of member contact details by participants is strictly prohibited.
- Legal & regulatory authorities: we may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or formal request from regulatory authorities like SEBI.
6. International data transfers
Our educational programs are available globally, including to participants in the GCC, United Kingdom, and Europe. If you access our services from outside India, please note that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in India, where our administrative and operational facilities are located.
7. Data retention & security
We maintain technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration. In accordance with legal and SEBI regulatory standards, operational records, communication logs, and transaction details are retained for the minimum statutory period required by Indian law before secure disposal.
8. Your data rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:
- Opt-out: unsubscribe from marketing communications or leave official WhatsApp communities at any time.
- Access & rectification: request access to the personal information we hold about you, or request corrections to inaccurate data.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Benson Market School LLP website, programs, workshops, and communities. By using this website, enrolling in a program, or joining our communities, you agree to these Terms.
1. Educational nature of services
Benson Market School LLP provides market education and skill-building content. It operates in association with a SEBI-registered Research Analyst (Vignesh Sudhir, SEBI Reg. No. INH000025753). Unless expressly provided by the registered RA within a regulated engagement, content shared through the website, programs, and communities is general and educational in nature, and is not personalised investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract to enroll in our programs or make a payment.
3. Enrolment & fees
The program fee is ₹20,000. Payments are processed via Razorpay or through designated bank accounts held in the name of Benson Paul / Benson Market School LLP. Access to the program and its communities is granted only after payment is confirmed.
4. Refunds
All fees paid for the program are non-refundable. Once payment is completed and access is granted, no refunds will be issued, so please review the program details carefully before you pay.
5. No guarantee of results
Trading and investing in financial markets carries risk, including the possible loss of capital. We do not promise or guarantee any profit, income, return, or specific outcome. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and any decisions you make are your own responsibility.
6. Intellectual property
All course materials, content, branding, and resources provided by Benson Market School LLP are our intellectual property and are for your personal learning only. You may not record, copy, resell, redistribute, or share them without our written permission.
7. Community conduct
Our WhatsApp and other communities are for respectful, education-focused participation. Spamming, harvesting member contact details, sharing prohibited content, or soliciting members is not permitted, and we may remove any participant who breaches these standards.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Benson Market School LLP shall not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, programs, or communities.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law & grievances
